The aim of this paper is to seize companies’ perceptions on the connection between change administration, digitalization, enterprise efficiency, and inexperienced growth. The difference of digital applied sciences has challenged the enterprise atmosphere, resulting in a serious incorporation of the function of entrepreneurs within the means of fostering inexperienced growth. Constructing on knowledge from a survey examine with 270 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and enormous firms positioned in a comparatively developed Hungarian area and adopting the Strategic Motion Area (SAF) principle, companies’ perceptions on change administration, digital maturity, and inexperienced growth had been explored. The information was analyzed utilizing partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Outcomes revealed that change administration has a direct optimistic impact on digital maturity and on enterprise efficiency and has a small impact on firms’ dedication in the direction of inexperienced growth. This paper contributes to the controversy on the connection between digitalization and inexperienced growth inside entrepreneurial organizations.
