The ecological good thing about cultivated land is the non-market worth or ecological service worth created by cultivated land safety. Primarily based on the trinity idea of complete safety of amount, high quality, and ecology of cultivated land, this research calculates the ecological advantages of cultivated land safety within the Yangtze River Financial Belt. By means of the idea of ecological provide and demand stability, the research estimated the ecological profit spillover of cultivated land safety within the basin. The quantities and paths of ecological monetary transfers for cultivated land are then examined by balancing the safety tasks and monetary energy of cultivated land. We discovered that general the ecological advantages of cultivated land safety within the Yangtze River Financial Belt elevated, reaching 773.224 billion RMB in 2017. Therein the higher, center, and decrease reaches compose 20.81%, 53.89%, and 25.30% of the ecological advantages. There are important variations within the ecological advantages, respectively. There are important variations within the ecological advantages and their variations of cultivated land throughout the River Basins. The ecological advantages of cultivated land within the Yangtze River Financial Belt demonstrated spatial spillovers inside and between the higher, center, and decrease reaches. The center reaches of the financial belt are the primary ecological surplus areas of cultivated land. The ecological deficit areas of cultivated land are primarily distributed within the decrease reaches. The spillover impact of the ecological advantages is obvious between provinces. The rise of regional economic system and ecological compensation coverage for cultivated land can successfully stimulate the ecological advantages whereas the strain of cultivated land safety and energy spillovers are hostile to cultivated land ecological safety. The vertical and horizontal fiscal transfers in 2017 respectively amounted to 230.14 billion RMB and 27.24 billion RMB. Significantly, the higher, center, and decrease reaches acquired 13.07%, 58.41% and 28.52% of the ecological fiscal transfers, respectively. It is very important strengthen spatial spillovers and enhance the horizontal and vertical ecological fiscal transfers for shielding ecology of cultivated land.
